1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must not have been altered, washed, or damaged in any way.

2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the best quality for all customers, certain items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Personal hygiene items (such as undergarments, socks, etc.)
  • Customized or personalized items

3. Return Process

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  2. After verifying your request, we will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. You must return the item(s) in original condition, including packaging, tags, and receipts. The return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the item was defective or an error was made in fulfilling your order.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email about the status of your refund. If the return is accepted:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing time for refunds can take up to 14 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, we will:

  • Provide a full refund or send you a replacement at no extra charge.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order in order for us to investigate the issue and arrange a resolution.

6. Late Returns

We do not accept returns after the 3-day period. Any returns received after this period will not be processed or refunded, and the item(s) will be returned to you at your expense.

7. Refunds for Gift Purchases

If you purchased an item as a gift and the recipient would like to return it, they must follow the same return procedure outlined above. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original purchaser unless otherwise specified.

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).
